Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The item must be in original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Return & Exchange

All pre-order, customized and sale products are not returnable or exchangeable.

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt. If you need a replacement for a damaged or defective item, the original item must be returned to the seller to receive a new replacement.

Exchanges are accepted for the requests of change of sizes (while supplies last) and only allowed once. We will not accept any returns/exchanges in regards to color issues.

To be eligible for a Return & Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
